The original bios is the bios file from the bios chip on your machine. Before flashing another bios file to the chip you must back up the original bios even though the bundle is corrupted. This is a required action.
The bios files downloaded from the manufacturer's homepage are usually not complete files, so the original bios is needed to supplement the missing parts and information of the device.
