hello

I need the bios for bios file for a Samsung series 5 Laptop
Samsung NP500P4C-T03CL
Bios Version: P04RAB or P08RAB

My bios needs to be cleaned from initialization data and reflashed. So I need to dumped bios with which that comes with ME firmware version.

Any help is appreciated

post your old bios here, maybe someone can help you to clean your ME region..

your post file only update file, No descriptor Region and no ME Region.

Try flashing this file with any SPIprogrammer, backup your bios first, and confirm working or not

I dont have a SPI programmer
I am a complete noob about bios flashing / reflashing so be gentle

Why should you request for a bios bin file really if you don't even have a programmer and you don't know nothing about writing a bin file on a bios chip?

hello someone who could send me the P05RAA or P06RAA rom for NP500P4C-T02CL? i tried to flash with the -T03CL versión with SFLASh32.exe with no lucky and my laptop is bricked :S

Post your corrupt backup.The file posted by Mazorca is a 3MB bios update (bios region) ,it can be merged with your backup.Hopefully then it will be working,unless the updater flashed the Micom (EC) firmware as well,if it did it might be ok if it shares the same version as the T03CL.If the laptop boots with the fixed bios you can run the P07RAA update exe from windows to update the Micom FW ,if Mazorca posts the exe.

thanks, but i have the same and even when i try to force to flash with no errors (WinFlash.exe /sv /svs /sd P07AA.rom) looks to work, but my laptop keeps in boot looping with empty boot list.

I remove Bios bateria por a while and nothing hapend

What OS do you have installed.The later bios versions support UEFI, if you have win 7 then an older P05 version would be best,if you can find one

i had pop os, then win 10 installed from usb, but it doesn't run from hdd.

P05 it would be good, but i can't find for internet somthing por T02CL

obbiiwan, do you by chance have an intel core i3 11th gen on the laptop? No drives show up but they do on BIOS Settings. Can't install or run, no bootable device?

No, i have a old samsung laptop with i5 3th gen, but the behaviour is similar to what you tell.

I made the mistake of turn on secure boot in order tu run Pop OS and after that i tried constantly boot and bios died

We really need your complete BIOS bin. You need a programmer, CH341a is the cheapest. If possible, try not to use the clip, although if you get three or more constant readings, starting from scratch, you are good then.
