Thanks!
It was not working, after reflash the password was still there.
After that I had accidently destroyed EC chip.
Flashed 2 new chips with bios find on the web, but now I have Intel ME fault (DEVICE POWER ON FAILED) and slow power on of the laptop. When it's started it works fine except sleeping mode.

Anyone have idea how to fix this?

more precisely .. what problem do you have? post the original bios of the laptop.

the posted bios is almost empty..make several copies of the bios chip, comparisons in the HxD program, and what they look like, post here ..

Hello! please help, HP elitebook 840 G2 boots slowly after power up. In 20 seconds you will have a screen and boot windows. Bios file is not the original, can be repaired?
