Is it possible to read and flash back the bios in circuit on the 840 G4 using the CH341A? I can see it is possible to solder small wires to the exposed pads around the bios chip. I have the small wire and iron tips, but don't have a hot air station.

yes... you can stick wires between the programmer and the bios chip..
