Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p - I need help with ME Region.

Lenovo IdeaPad Y510p VIQY1 NM-A032
It takes very long to turn on after I press the button (about 30 s).
I tried another dumps -the same thing. I tried to clean me region (I succed few times with another laptop), but after my cleaning there is nothing on the screen.
Can someone help me with this. There are 2 dumps 2MB + 4MB. I tried change only 2MB.
I attached both files (before_cleaning version), from another laptop where it works fine.

With this dumps the same thing - first screen appears after 15s - maybe it isn't bios problem?
Another thing. Original there is W25Q16DVSIQ - W25Q32FVSIQ
I'm using 25Q16BVSIG 25Q32BVSIG. Some people say that i can change IC: G to Q, some say I can't. I'm using EZP2010.
BTW -are you Pole? JASKO sounds like polish name John.

I'm using 25Q16BVSIG 25Q32BVSIG. Some people say that i can change IC: G to Q, some say I can't. I'm using EZP2010.

here is clean virgin bios for y510p (it means its not dump from laptop its extracted from web update package)
serial and model will most likely be missing

Earlier I used jasko_jacker dump. 2-3 times was ok (fast start), then another turn on after about 15s - so I thought it isn't ok. Now on imranromi dump somethink very similar. I turn it on 2-3 times - was ok - so I leave it. After 30 minutes I turn it on - and again start after 15s. So maybe dumps are ok, but something on mobo crash them. Any ideas. (I will try ala_borbe dump today to see if it will be the same thing).

Today I used hot air on GPU chip and after that, it works all day on imranromi dump. Probably other dumps are also OK and GPU is making trouble.

The problems were slow boot, and sudden shutdown in a few seconds.
