have you tried a bios from this thread??? see what others have used and said they are OK, depending on your laptop model..

Voltages ok on coils , fan ok, hdd start, but no display

Use the bios attached at post #51, #60 etc.
Offsets for:
DMI -> 201000 - 2011FF
Windows key -> 278970 - 2789AF
.

DMI block (this block contain your serial number, laptop model name and so on...) with start and end offsets:



Another block you must transfer from your original bios backup to the new file is the block containing Windows key, offsets are already mentioned in my previous post.
