What is the problem?? It is always better to describe problem in detail before seeking help.

There was no power at first.
After Changing that...There is power on... But no display.
FAn continous heavily around 1 minute than..power off...
CPU heats gently.. while power on
It also gives no memory detection led error code, while no ram installed.But doesnt display while having ram. no error code.

Your description of problem makes no sense at all. You need to post signals and which particular voltage rail(s) you are having issues.

Problem with my laptop is no picture, Power LED - ON, FAN - high revs.

Not fixed. all the same:
Connected adapter -> laptop turns on-> Power and battery led - ON -> after few seconds only power led stays ON and high revs on FAN.

How many bios you tried-Result is same in all cases??

Reflashed BIOS 3-times with dumps found in badcaps forum. Result the same. Also tried different RAM modules, Power supplies.
Without RAM - same result - no led flash code.
