Inspect the motherboard too, better with the multimeter in hand, or you can replace the CD drive with 2.5" hdd caddy in its place, and use the laptop this way.

but the thing is there is no option for cd rom :-)

Then you can try a short (2230 or 2242) m.2 SSD in a WWAN slot (if its available on this model), or grab a multimeter in hand to troubleshoot the main problem.
