Needed Dell M4500 bios files, or solution how to downgrade 1F5A

hello,
i have problem with dell M4500. it is locked with password and i am not able to unlock it
I have tried to unpack bios.exe with python script for get hdr file...but it does not load bios from flash drive - looks like usb is not under voltage
...tested with disconnected batteries
Soo i need another solution or i need u12/13 bios images for programmer.
help pls

...solved....payd unlock.
i will post images of unlocked u12 and u13 tomorrow
