Board has all voltages, cpu is getting warm but no POST. can anyone fix Thanks

Try this file, if it doesn't work look for hardware error.

Express Service Code: 16561280258
i lost old dump with version 1.26
this laptop won't accept flash from F12 Flash bios i try with several tools without any luck

thanks any way but i need only 16mb dump you split many files from exe
this is my original dump with 1.27 bios version
i try with several dumps no one boot except this original bios
i believe that i have a problem on my original bios i can't add or change any thing on bios computrace activated when i save bios config after restart every thing not saved
when i try flash bios from bios F12 the system shutdown and restart again

Hi., can someone Clean the Dell Inspiron 13 5378 ,Starlord 13_R 15296-1 BIOS. Sometimes gives display & at times no display at all. I have to disconnect the main battery in order to get the laptop working again. Original BIOS is posted.
