thanks master, it opens faster now. but windows 10 is running slow. the system is installed on a kingston 240 m2 ssd. CPU speed I see in task manager is 0.40ghz. This seems a little weird. I tried disabling the options under the performance tab in the bios settings, but the result did not change. Also, when the device first came to my service, I suspected that the bios file on it had been changed before and was not original.

If the power adapter is shown as unrecognized in the BIOS (Power adapter =unknown), this is the reason.

yes mate you are right. After removing the dc power supply and plugging in the original dell 65watt adapter, the processor speed returned to normal. Thank you for the good information.
