Hello everyone,
I bought a DELL Latitude E7470 AAZ60 LA-C461P Rev. 1.0 laptop motherboard, it had a short on the main power, I solved the short but now it starts, all the voltages are ok but it doesn't give a picture and it turns off, I don't have the case so I don't know the Service Tag, please help me with checking the bios and possibly a clean ME Region. Thanks in advance.

The 6FF1 suffix has a bug,use your service tag with the 1F5A or BF97 suffix instead,Example: 1234ABC-BF97
