*coils have voltage when power boton its pressed. The coils for cpu vcc_core have voltage - power 0.85v buth only 3-4seconds (until power led goes off)

Post this problem to dell forum. I see some BIOS update they've fixed that problem. I also got this problem with Precision 5530 and solved it by replaced the TPM IC on motherboard.

I have the same issue and trying to solve it. As I got from the forum the cleaning the me region will not solve the issue, and I have to replace the chip itself.
Did you just replaced it and it showed up in the BIOS? Or there are any other procedures like bios flash with clean me region or TPM chip firmware update?

I am not sure if this is the right thread to ask, but is there a way to obtain the image of the dedicated flash that's attached to the PD chip (TP65982)? Mine got corrupted during an update, rendering the USB-C port useless.

For anybody that comes across this problem in the future. I managed to make the USB-C work by:
1. Making a backup of the original PD flash (non working)
2. Flashing a new code to the PD flash from a different machine (the USB-C was totaly not working at this point, cause the code wasn't compatible)
3. Updating the main bios (which gave me error during PD flash update)
4. Flashing back the original backup, which suddenly now worked
