First, flash your orginal 16mb bios with password, complete boot.

Dont remove the RTC battery, reflash this unlocked 16MB bios!
if security end point still exist, post your 32MB bios here.

Hello, I need a help. I removed second bios chip from mb and programmed with your second bios dump. It is working without bios password, but I have a another problem now. After changing it I get "there is a problem with the Endpoint security controller on this device". And I can not disable it or remove. I put old bios image back but it is again with bios password I send to you my original second bios bin. May be can you help me with unlocking it? Many thanks
