I can't even read the chip MX25L64473E., Its detects perfectly but when read time, gives errors "Cannot read"... I am still trying to read, maybe might get luck

Ok I got the chip to read, I have no idea how, but still when I solder the chip back again, still motherboard does not turn on... May chip & program is defective. Here is the dump though, hope it help & gets me a NEW clean dump.

Try this bios. Your bios merged with acer bios update+DMI data+Win Key.
