2.- Provide main bios dump (32Mb)...so a chip with ...256... in the name

Thanks, I think im still able to go to windows, is there any way I can dump the bios file from there? or do I need to use an SPI programmer?

Yes, you will need an SPI programmer and after writing the patched bios you must learn how to use BCU tool to rewrite your original DMI data...

I suspect BIOS Faliurse, i plug charger and charging led blinks 7 times then when i press power button laptop doesnt turn ON.
