    i have a problem with dell LATITUDE D520

    i have a PASSWORD in bios and forgoten
    this is the message

      Enter Dell Service Tag followed by a 4 digit, hex suffix (ABCDEFG-1234)

      Input: GW04S2J-595B
      =
      Password: 1zxqpxrz

      1 - ( digit )
      z - zulu ( lowercase )
      x - x-ray ( lowercase )
      q - quebec ( lowercase )
      p - papa ( lowercase )
      x - x-ray ( lowercase )
      r - romeo ( lowercase )
      z - zulu ( lowercase )

      Password is case sensitive!
      Passwords are for QWERTY keyboard only (standard US)
      Enter calculated password carefully, Then holding CTRL push ENTER key twice

                For suffix A95B, yes! not for known bug 595B ... You should know that !!

                    Other thing to consider with a non-working password is the keyboard layout, as according to Dell website, this laptop was sold in France, hence it has an AZERTY keyboard layout.

                    Are you using a US QWERTY keyboard to type the master password?
