HP 15 BS102NT Bios need

When the device starts, the screen is illuminated but there is no image. I tried another bios capslock 2 gives long 2 short light error. I couldn't find new bios. I would appreciate if you help. The backup is attached.

I tried but it doesn't work. It looks like the image will appear on the screen, but it turns off and starts again. Capslock also does not indicate any errors. Thank you.

It did not work. I think there is another malfunction

Main BIOS + DMI + Win Key and EC file. If not work then you have hardware problem.

I need your support for bios file.

I installed the bios update from the official site (The relevant page on the HP official site is no longer available. It was live last week), the device did not turn on, black screen (old bios F.24).

I started with the desktop application, the system made a healthy update, but the device does not turn on.
I tried some bios files in this thread (with device CH341A).
What should I do ? Is there a special setting for the serial number/region? Should changes be made with the hex editor.

Thank you for answer.
Unfortunately, I do not have the bios in the original device. There is a package installer (sp146927). I added the package contents. Published on the HP Site very recently.

I found the method that works, for those who are having trouble.

Use Ch341a V144
Power cable plug'in (not power on)
1- Erase Chip
2- Fill the buffer
3- Read
4- Write
5- Verify

I tried many times and it didn't work, I tried again today and the bios is (F.72) ok. Which of these files is the correct file?

I saw via cpu-z, The old bios F.24 motherboard model 823B - 23.40
I don't remember which new file I used, there are changes. F.72 823B - 23.77

Is the bios correct? (I think 8328)
