i need bios for this one
i have all voltages on board when i remove bios ic and when i put it backk all voltages are gone but i have no shorts on board

i take bios ic out of mb to flash it and meanwhile i connect the mb to power supply to chk for voltages on it and i see i have voltages that i dont have when i put the ic back on motherboard
i reflashed it and it was the same thing
i think maybe when i put back the bios ic the board tries to autostart and something faulty prevent it from doing that
the costumer told me he changed the adaptors cable and this happend the laptop was on another repairshop for months they couldnt solve it
