A friend of mine gave me his laptop which began blue screening a few months ago, and now upon powering on the system, it is indicating that there is no bootable device.
I suspect it would be a somewhat simple fix to get a new nvme drive and swap them out, if I am able to change the boot priority to a flash drive to install Windows.
Alas, the password in the bios has got me stuck, and I need assistance in acquiring my golden ticket in the form of the bios administrator password.
The service tag viewable in the BIOS is 4M1ZM13-8FC8.

I did take a look at the 8FC8 patcher but I am under the impression that I won't be able to utilize that since I am not able to boot into Windows currently.
Feel free to point me in the right direction if my assumption is incorrect - I am new to tinkering with premanufactured systems/laptops and the hurdles they put in the way, so excuse my ignorance.

    Thank you
Just to update what I have done since posting and some things I had tried prior to my post I forgot to mention:

I did open up the laptop and tried to reseat the NVME SSD which was installed, just to rule that out as a possible issue.

Upon doing a little more research, it seems that the issue may be that the Dell system changing itself from UEFI to Legacy boot (this appears to be a somewhat common issue).
I am not certain that explains the blue screens leading up to the current issue I am facing, but either way, I can't even verify if it's in Legacy or UEFI boot since the password prevents me to viewing it's current configuration, so my previous post and the help I am asking for still stands.

    Thank you

Edit: While making this post (should have waited another few minutes) I was able to get into Windows installation through a USB boot drive, and the NVME drive is showing up, so I am not convinced entirely that it's dead all together. I am reluctant to immediately try reinstalling windows on it, in case the issue is the boot mode needing to be changed from Legacy, and I could avoid formatting the drive - which wouldn't be the end of the world if I had to. If I were to format the drive and install windows fresh on it, I am assuming that if the BIOS is set to Legacy, I would still be stuck in the same spot I am now anyway.
