You can check with MEAnalyzer how the partitions are laid out and the start and end addresses and size using the -dfpt switch .You can use a hex editor and UEFITool (newer version) to see the partitions use the extract as-is if you want to copy any part from one ME region to edit into another. You can even edit the PCHC,PMC partitions

Can you share UEFI tool which version show me partition.
The FIT tools version doesn`t have to match exactly, as long as its version 12 its ok (version 12 ME firmware,use version 12 of FIT). The link to the tools is in the first post, along with the win-raid guide
need Intel CSME firmware repository pack for 11.8.83.3874
The links to the firmware repositories are in post #1 .If an exact production region firmware isn`t available its ok to use the nearest older or newer one instead.
