I don't have access to my bios it is encoded so impossible to install anything from a USB stick

You need to dismantle the motherboard, lift the BIOS chip off the board, use a programmer to backup the locked BIOS (eg ch341A). Then upload the bios here, someone will help you unlock it. Next you will re-flash the unlocked file to your BIOS chip and attach it back to the motherboard.

laptop includes 3 bios bin as attached
I used DELL 8FC8 UNLOCKER to clear the bios password successfully
if there is any guide to remove computrace using hex editor or any tools or guide I'll be grateful.
