The serial number posted does not match the one in the picture. The one in the picture is for laptop model 15s-du0058tx .

        S/N CND9233KY5 is model 15-dw0008nl . Is S/N CND9233KY5 on the base cover

Your CPU is an i5-8265U ,it`s a Whisky Lake CPU. The PCH is Cannon Lake-LP. You want bios BID085EF

                            Try the attached bios.

If it doesn`t work try some older bios versions, download them from HP support. To extract run the exe and at the option screen select copy to location.

If it works the DMI can be edited with your serial number etc, or leave it as it is. If it doesn`t work try some older bios versions, download them from HP support. To extract run the exe and at the option screen select copy to location.

Should the EC.BIN file be folded after folding the 085EF file?

If you have an EC programmer flash that as well.

The notebook has now started, I can access the BIOS, going forward it shows me a screen that says Manufacture Programming Mode is in Unlock Mode and then it gets stuck on a screen with the HP logo.
It also says "preparing automatic recovery" with the HP logo in the center but it is stuck on this screen

I also tried to insert a pen drive with the Windows 10 operating system, changing the boot on the bios, but I cannot access the pen drive, neither in this one nor in other created ones.

Try some older 085EF bios versions https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...37#post3541737 .If you get one to work ok then you should be able to enter the DMI info and lock MPM with HP Bios Config Utility BCU.
