Try the bios linked at post #8 ,its the x250 bios from this thread (with clean ME firmware) - https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showthread.php?t=81573 .Follow the "Instructions for use" in the 1st post of that thread.

I want to change my WAN card in personal computer Lenovo X250 for better performance.

The new card is Huawei ME906s.

Can anyone please help me remove the white list from origina bios?

I try with unlock patcher pyton but the patch file not created
This is a orriginal file

Try it now, instructions inside. Follow them closely. I've done several x250's and all worked. Remember to put the backplate or bottom after writing the patch, no batteries. I think there is a small switch that needs to be pressed, putting the backplate will solve that.

I test this file " W25Q128BV@WSON8_20221015_193552_patched.rar" but to restore bios to default is disabled

Are you able to set up a password? Try putting one, make it very simple.
