Do you speak English? Look at the picture again, it is quite clearly stated:
"Wrong chip. Try reading and unlocking 16MB chip! "

Which of the written is not clear?

thx, i reading the chip 16 Mb with laptool beeprog+ then i save it, i drag it to RCUnlocker but give this error *wrong chip try reading and unlocking 16 mb chip*

Because your file is bigger than it should be hence the error. Extra 300h at the end musт be trimmed (Block(h): 1000000-10002FF)
