MEC1618T - I am looking for a pinout. Need to program.

Hello everyone.
I have a damaged Toshiba R30-a dead. I need to program MEC1618T, but it's hard to find a pinout of this system.
Does anyone of you have such a list where I can find TDO TDI SCK TMS VCC GND? Or someone knows where it "lies" on the internet, please give me any hint or link.

This is not the main problem, you will not be able to find the firmware for the EC.
The update contains encrypted firmware...
