backup your bios first using an spi programmer then see post #39 for the unlock software

First you must dump bios
Next drag and drop to RCUnlocker and write uncloked to the chip

I do understand how to use the RCUnlocker software.
So how do I dump BIOS? What is the preferred tool or tools to do this step?
And how do I write the unlocked BIOS back tot he chip? What is the preferred tool or toosl to do this?

Hello. My device's bios is encrypted. I tried a few bios settings but I couldn't get an image. Is there any chance to remove the original bios password? If possible, can it be displayed what the password is? There are 3 of the same device and their passwords are unknown.

use RCUnlocker on the 16MB bios
