so i removed the password now it takes too long too boot and the fan isnt normal can somone clear me plz

i finally fixed my problem i cleaned the me region , now bios is unlocked fan working and you can write your service tag, this only for latitude 5400 with 16mb bios not the 32mb version i hope it helps

No it won't. All public or nothing at all. Locked RAR files with outside contact information & asking for money are a fast path to ban land.

Most probably you didn't program the chip correctly, or soldering the chip back to the board was not... how to say... very good. What programmer did you use?
How do you read/write the chip?

By the way, I was unlucky to find any Georgian brand, even in the local Russian store, so the search ended with the purchase of an Armenian brand Ararat Akhtamar 10 years old. Incredibly good - great taste, I highly recommend it.

the problem is that i can't find this version of flash image tool version 12.0.32.1420 to read my dump.
