I dont have the old file the eeprom is faulty i cant read it

If you want to disable integrated RAM, ask Peste.

If the schematic & boardview is available check if it can be disabled by the resistor straps. If you want to try it with the bios only ,you can use the ram patcher and mod the bios yourself https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...63#post3172363
