You need to post the original file, even an unlocked one won't work perfectly for you.

i have downloaded a bios file and it has worked perfectly, but the problem is that the laptop won't read the nvme anymore , there is the file uploaded

Hi Your dump is for latitude 5410 not for latitude 5420.

From the service tag you gave it appears that you have Pro Service support:

When you ..bought.. the laptop you should have transferred proof of ownership. If you have it then its still under warranty, it seems very strange

That's the problem... The BIOS is unique to every laptop!
Damaged BIOS = Repair
Outdated BIOS = Update
BIOS with password = Unlock
... More never replace !!

hi onizzbox ,i have installed a bin file which turns on the laptop normally and can get into bios, but cannot see the storage mini nvme
anyway to fix this , the file is uploaded
