Attention, when you turn on you must boot the computer without a hard disk and go to the computrace configuration in the bios, you must permanently deactivate it, if you do not do it the computer will be blocked again, but if you follow the steps it will be unlocked forever.

Your new 5420 file does not show the dell logo
it shows komatsu logo, can you change it to dell dc logo?
