Which programmer are you using? The both backup files are not good, the error may be your programmer. Each chip should make 3 backups to test.

2 options. Contact dell with proof of ownership if its still under warranty, or buy a different programmer

need bios unlock for dell 5420. brand new to this stuff but when i hooked it up to programmer to get dump it found four of them not sure which to upload here so hes all of them. :? if someone could help would really appreciate it.
