Post your backup BIN file and be sure to do three readings, all identical, start from scratch, use winhex editor to verify. Verify too after re-flashing by doing another reading and comparing to unlocked BIN. I now it seems tedious, but takes about 5 or more minutes and might save you hours of headaches. Also helps to practice if you are going to do this for a living.

If with the original file (the locked file) the device does not work, then there is a very high chance that you have damaged some component on your motherboard yourself.

every thing is good i changes the bios winbond 25q256 now is turn on but the laptop show only diagnostic colors

Try testing the output through the HDMI port.

there is no external display and there is 6 codes white and 3 oranges it mean recovery bios is corrupte
