the bios patch was successful however I've found that Absolute is enabled and greyed out, would it be possible to disable Absolute as well?

Hi, can someone repair bios please? I tried to repair and clean ME but after reflashing laptop shows dell logo for one sec, then restarts few times and turns off.

Picked up this used laptop and when i powered it on found out it is locked by Absolute.
I have never seen this before so I thought I would update the BIOS to see if it fixed the issue but that didn't work.
I tried to dump the bios to a file but not sure I did it correctly.
Can someone help me remove Absolute?

Hi, can someone repair bios please?The bios update device has an error and won't turn on, there is no Service Tag. I downloaded some of the bios above and loaded it in, and the device showed 7 colors. Can you help me correct the error?
