If you have the original bios backup post it here in a zip or rar attachment

Unfortunately, it was a no fix, way too much time was spent re-flashing all the bios chips, and still the same error. You may have better luck, and I hope you do! Post back if you get it working I would been keen to find out.

This is the problem of a defective CPU and connections between motherboard and CPU.
You have to replace CPU.

I have a Dell XPS 13 9300 with the same issue.
Dell logo and nothing.
I can't go to BIOS setup. Only LCD test mode works.
I've tried clean me firmware and same results.
I reflowed all RAM modules and CPU. Nothing changes—still Dell logo.
Anyone has a better idea of how to fix it.
The LED error codes 2 Amber and 4 White lists indicate RAM issue.
Has anyone managed to replace all modules and fixed this issue?

My XPS 9300 is stuck at Dell logo as well. So far I have counted 5 Winbond 25Q80DVIG chips in various spots on the motherboard without lifting it and looking in the back.

Can someone tell me the BIOS chip location? Thanks.
