Hello, I have this Latitude 3420 Service Tag# 44HHRG3. Computer light is blinking 3 ember/6 white pattern, indicating corrupted BIOS.
I flashed the bios from post# 182: fan spins fast, backlight turns on. This repeats 3 times, then the computer flashes different colors on the screen, similar to pressing "D" key with power at the same time. So, it's progress but not quite there yet.
Could someone, please fix the bios file for this computer? I am attaching the original bin file here. Thank you.
I've recently been trying to get a Dell Latitude 3420 to come out of Manufacturing Mode but for some strange reason it simple won't do it (the key combo of Alt + F does takes it out of the mode temporarily but the laptop doesn't seem to hold this configuration change). The fan spins very fast throughout, indicating that no change to the BIOS is being made permanently, which would be expected for this operation.
I've attached the BIOS image dump, the Service Tag is D2WDS93.
If someone could take a look and see if it can be rebuilt, that would be great.
I have Dell Latitude 3420 that have password and unfortunately also have a Absolute Computrace, I already solve the password issue but the Absolute Computrace no luck.
Kindly help me for this Absolute Computrace issue.
