s.no. 5CG14089X3.
i5 11th gen

I attached both of the bios files.

can anybody please help in this, I tried old method of patching file but it doesn't work.

Hello hoaca388,
I have tried the file you sent, but after using this the laptop is not having display, its turning on and off. I have waited this process for at least 10 times.
and one more thing the file you sent is the main bios, I am using the original one for EC.
I hope you can suggest something else.

You are not wrong but RC Unlocker only works with 16MB files, you have 2 32MB files, post serial number.

if you don't have password use HP BCU to set "Permanent Disable Absolute Persistence Module Set Once" to "Yes" - move * from No to Yes
