For those wishing to try desoldering / soldering their flash chips, here is some research I did into the sort of soldering temperatures these chips are ok with.

Key temps and times for e.g. Winbond 128 SPI:
85°C - max operating temp of SPI chip
150°C - max storage temp of SPI chip
???  - SPI chip max soldering temp "compliant with JEDEC Standard J-STD-20C"
138°C - Melting point of 42/58 tin/bismuth solder eg 'Mechanic V4B45'
183°C - Melting point of 63/37 lead/tin solder
190°C - Melting point of 60/40 standard lead/tin solder
225°C - JEDEC Standard J-STD-20C lowest peak reflow temperature
230°C - Melting point of standard lead-free solder
260°C - JEDEC highest peak reflow temperature
Max soldering time at max temp, 30-40s

I was going to try the 42/58 tin/bismuth solder myself, for a wide safety margin.

Excellent info thanks.

I had wondered what would happen if one left a bit of chip quik on the pads - but sounds like that pitfall can easy happen with using the bismuth solder too.

Noticed when practicing, the hot air needs to blow much hotter than the listed melting points. Especially when there's big areas of copper track / nearby heat sinkery. I was only just managing to cleanly desolder WSON8 6X5's off scrap boards at around 320 deg measured by a thermocouple touching the chip, sometimes even higher.

On the bright side despite the high temp, I've had SPI chips that have got that hot & still seem to respond ok on a ch341a.

Just forget the temperatures. I applied reverse voltage onto one wson8 winbond chip for 15 minutes. It actually melted a hole on top of that package so chip die was visible. After that it worked fine, I got all data from it, written to another chip and no errors.

Hot air station set to 420C mostly. Not saying its the correct temperature. Cheap stations tend to show semi-random numbers anyway

attempted to reset BIOS admin password for HP Probook 650 G2, and HPUnlocker tool was successfully executed, but after bin file created by HPUnlocker was written into BIOS chip, BIOS admin password is still there. BIOS SW level is N76 (latest).

Could SomeOne help to reset admin password? Please find original dumped BIOS bin with admin password, without any attempts with HPUnlocker.

The tool works great, just your case is "the exception that proves the rule",
in other words, it is different from the standard ones for which the Unlocker is intended for, which's why the tool fails to do its job.
