Toshiba satellite pro R50-B-12P BIOS

Please help!
I need the above working BIOS bin file.
The motherboard has the following;
FALEYSY1
A5A003821010[A]

the problem with the board is that the plugged indicator light blinks 6 times then 2 times continuously after powered on. No fan spin, no CPU vcore, no RAM voltage .
