            it's the update according to the Asus website .. you shouldn't have any problems, unless you wrote with errors..

              I tried it with different eeprom integration, it didn't work, do you have a chance to give another bios?

                Build the laptop back up ,including all screws and the battery.If that doesn`t work post your programmer model.Did you erase the chip before writing the new bios ? .

                                          May I please rquest a bios unlock for Asus X543 laptop.
                                          Board Model: X540MAR R3.1.

                                          Admin password lock.

                                          I have tried the bios from an earlier post for interest sake but it did not work so I assume DMI info must match.
