One of the indutor became too hot. It has strange voltage: 0,846 from one side and 0,766 from other.
    Heat pipes hot too.
Your BIOS chip is probably 1.8v device.
Did you use an adaptor to read it?
    Like this one.

If not maybe you burn it with CH341A programmer... Or even worse you burn something else in the same rail...

BTW i fixed mine. It was a shorted cap + shorted audio codec chip.
The BIOS in post #22 is working.

Yes my chip is 1,8v device, and i have the adapter for it.
The indutor was hot before i have tried to read the BIOS. So i'm sure, that it was broken before me.
Last two night before dead, lenovo drain all battery till night. Short circuit progressed to total.

According to service manual (link here) the PL602 is on 0.75V ALWP rail and not on 1.8V rail, so your problem in not there...

          Thank you for advice.
Will look at the board more carefully.
Power pin of bios has only 0.028 of 1.8, and look like almost shorted to the ground.
Wiil try to find power supply for 1.8 at board to check it health.
          Thank again for manual!

look at the board (on both sides).. do you have another bios chip??

Hi, I completely disassembled the mobo, there is nothing behind it, just this as a bios chip

Hi! This programmer should be compatible with your BIOS chip but you also need the 1.8v adapter / converter or you risking damaging your chip!

                  https://www.amazon.it/GeKLok-CH341A-...27&sr=1-3&th=1

From the service manual the chip is the same as Winbond W25Q128 and software for this programmer is compatible with this chip.

I read / write mine in circuit using the SOIC8 / SOP8 clip.

Hello everyone. I need a bios for Lenovo ideapad 5 14ALC05

There was a problem with a black screen; all the symptoms pointed to a problem with the BIOS firmware. One firmware from the forum (like post number 2) helped and the computer turned on But now it asks for a password. Unfortunately, the old BIOS firmware was not saved..

I need to change the EC (NPCE386PB0DX-GP) because it is shorted. Does anyone know if it is programmed or is it programmed only with the bios? Since I couldn't find any file for the EC, please help

The bios is the same regardless of the motherboard revision.
