Dell latitude 3510 (Mockingbird-L 19746-1) bios needed

Hello,
i have here dead latitude 3510. After connect adapter turns on self, but no picture. Battery charges.
I was unable to read correcty smaller ic (XM25QH64A) with ch341 with neoprogrammer or colibri
Only QH128A was readed correctly.

soo only 128 backup attached


Btw...if will be qh64a bad...can i replace both with 25q64fv and 25q128bv ?

Allowed flash chips are recorded in the VSCC table of the descriptor region.
Descriptor region is in the smaller chip, so nobody can answer your question.
Also nobody can repair your bios in half. The whole bios dump is divided in parts between the two bios chips, so both parts must be present for repair to happen. And the repaired dump must be recorded back at both bios chips.

ooooh wau...after few on/off booted in manufacturing mode
now is needed to fill service tag.

no display , caps on, charing led blinking white, blinking orange and repeat

I have remove the password but not able to enter service tag. I enter service tag but not able to save it.
error log shows unable to process

Post more 16MB chip, what do you want us to do with an incomplete bios file ?
Preferably 8MB file is also unedited files.

Hello,

i have still problem of two same laptops - still no service tag manufacturing mode.

...tested 1st boot - bios setup, disabled absolute, stag filled , saved reboot.
...2nd boot alt+f doesnt not work because because stag is again missing

What now?
Will be possible to write service tag manually in hexedit?

Get the bios update from dell support, extract it with PFS extract, you`ll find it on the forum if you search for it.The 16MB file is a full bios region, (1 -- 1 System BIOS with BiosGuard v1.xx.x.bin) ,flash that to the 16MB bios chip.
