try. 1st boot press F2 and write service tag, disable Absolute, save, restart, 2nd boot press alt+L to exit manufacturing mode.

Are you sure you put the adapter in right place? From what i know pin 1 for TL866 is up left, not in the middle.

This bios is working for me but boot time is very long and it doesnt work after shutdown

Don't use bios from other laptop, of course it will not work ok. As master hardware1 said, post your own bios dump here and you'll get help.
