Havn`t you tried reflowing the ram chip. Disabling ram in bios doesn`t work for some models.

I repairing notebooks for computer shops, i say them to "i disable onboard ram" and they ask their customers then they say ok, i do not want to risk it because i do not like when devices return later with same failure and reflowing not good option. I find some Russian video and i try that but not work, they remove resistor array extra than 4 id resistor, i think they manipulate mem_alert but not work for me, i try because someone in their comments saying work. Sorry for my poor Englisk., Can you at least remove spd from my bios?

It became irrelevant, kind people helped me, and after reading a lot of forums.
I realized how to do the same thing manually.
I'm applying a cleared bios with the built-in memory disabled.
But this will not help, you need to rearrange the straps additionally.
I think the LA-K061p scheme will help in this case.
