My onboard ram is broken. I need to disable it on BIOS and use only the additional 8gb ram that I added later. Can you help me with it? I don't know how to extract and link you my current BIOS. This is my first time to do something like this. Please help me I need my computer.

You would need an SPI programmer to make a backup of the bios chip on the motherboard. https://www.badcaps.net/forum/troubl...21#post1622421 .Patching the bios does not work on every laptop, sometimes it can only be disabled by changing resistors around on the motherboard. Search the forum to see if anyone else has had success or not patching the bios or by moving resistors for this model https://www.badcaps.net/search?q=Ide...DA05+ram%22%7D
