it 's turn on, i go to bios setup, enter service tag -> apply -> and it no power on again

Trying to revive this Latitude 5420 with motherboard LA-K491P which got a corrupted BIOS.
Not sure if there is an admin password set too, would appreciate if someone could have a look.
