Your backup shows up as HP Stream Laptop 11-ak0xxx serial 5CD041P8MJ, is this correct? Your thread is for a stream 14 cb series.

according to the name and model posted, this is the bios of the laptop...the posted bios is something else...I think you confused them..try this..

Yep, that's the file I used, just added his DMI and winkeys. Check voltages, if any small caps/resistors shifted when desoldering, reflow if needed. Also verify that the new bios is really flashed by reading it off again and comparing, takes a couple of minutes more.

where is your backupin and serial number should be posted and issue , please try this if it works for you

Issue: Not Product Info, error in update bios, not battery charging.
not let me update BIOS.
