Check the bios with ME Analyzer ,it is "Configured" ,meaning the ME firmware is clean.If you`ve tried to boot with that bios already then the ME firmware would have become "initialised" and married with the chipset ,so maybe you havn`t replaced the chipset properly. This is assuming that its the proper bios for the board

The chipset is new. It takes a short trigger and turns it off. The place we always buy is reliable.

Device returned from authorized Monster service. They changed the bios.
Hm I changed the chipset. We are left with the bios to write.
