        Hello, My computer has a password in the BIO. Dell Latitude 5420 with Service Tag DW9G3M3-8FC8. can anyone here help please

                                  try. 1st boot press F2 -write Service Tag, disable Absolute, save, restart - 2nd boot press Alt+f to exit factory mode.
