Ah okey but it worked with just the ec rom chip above when miansh621 removed the password.

Do you want me to post the spi rom too?

Tried to remove the spi chpis on both computers but for some reason they were much harder to remove than the ec chip. They wouldn't come off, dispide how much heat i exposed them to. Anyway both chpis broke as a result when trying to get them off.

Hi,
In order to clear password from EC_ROM, you need just fill with "ÿ" between 37000 and 378b4.
And dont touch the second "NvramActiveRegn" in 3700f...
